Upon impact, the boat tail expands violently, snagging any clothing it passes through, and ensuring a wound channel that continues right to the target’s heart. Once at lethal force, the boat tail continues expanding and pushes the projectile along to double-diameter expansion, completely penetrating even through lead core bullets. This results in maximum wound energy, controllable expansion, and deep penetration, even through lead core bullets. The all copper construction eliminates any possibility of core damage from steel or other metals, as well as the swaging or fire starting that can occur when using some cast or lead core bullets.
